FAQ

We have a Group Assigner, so that every user can assign and remove his own server groups. Via this Group Assigner you verify yourself with us…

1. Join our TeamSpeak server.
2. Open our dashboard in your browser: assigner.flosing.eu
3. Log in. (press the button / copy the code in TeamSpeak / enter the code in your browser)
4. Select the server group „verified“ under „Please verify yourself:“.
5. Watch the maximum of groups – you cannot remove the verify group!
6. Press the button „Save“ at the bottom.

4. Select the server groups you want.
5. Watch the maximum of groups – you cannot remove the verify group!
6. Press the button „Save“ at the bottom.

Option #1:

To create your own private channel, you only have to join one of the two channel names „⯈⯈ Join for your CHANNEL! ⯇⯇“. Our bot will then automatically create a channel that you can edit yourself.

These channels can be found above our entrance hall and above the other private user channels. (Just use „CTRL“ and „F“)

Option #2:

1. Be verified.
2. Right-click on any channel and select „Create Channel“, enter a name according to the rules.
3. You can also change other settings:
   1. Channel Type (Temporary = Will be deleted when the channel is empty, Permanent = Stays till someone deletes it)
   2. Needed Talk Power (Not recommended)
   3. The Voice quality (10 recommended)
   4. Max Users (How much users are allowed to be in this channel)
4. Click „OK“.

• Go to the entrance hall while the level system is opened in your browser. (Using a vpn or proxy could make things more difficult!)

• To see your remaining time to the next level click here and press open chat.Write !nextup and press enter.

A CLAN SECTION
We offer groups the possibility to get their own area on our TeamSpeak server.

CRITERIA

• At least 10 members
• Active on this TeamSpeak
• Trustworthy leaders – adult behaviour
• Proof of the group / guild
• Icon (16x16p to 512x512p) and a short description of the group (in writing)

ADVANTAGES

• Official category with channels and sub-channels, one server group
• Features like e.g.: own music bots / a TeamSpeak forwarding (per nickname)

[!!] The management decides on the issue of the features!

APPLICATION

• The group can be registered by one or more leaders in the support.

General requirements for team members

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You own a headset, as well as a microphone. (With pleasant quality)
• You are fluent in German, English or both regarding text and speech.
• Respect and etiquette are key aspects of your character.
• You are independent, responsible and self-confident.
• Teamwork is important to you.
• You are no TeamSpeak rookie.
• You are willing to join our WhatsApp team group.
• You have linked a MyTeamSpeak account with your identity

General requirements of a written application

• Who are you? (Name, age, region/state, etc.)
• Your experiences with TeamSpeak in general.
• Do you have any experiences in teams? (as an advertised position)
• How did we catch your attention?
• Why do you apply for the FlosingEU team?

Requirements to be a supporter

• You have reached at least level 5 on our TeamSpeak.
• You have a clean record and you did not stand out negatively within the last six months. You also have no active team restriction.
• You identify enough with FlosingEU to know who we are, what we do and what we stand for.
• You have sent a written application to bewerbung@flosing.de.

Supporters range of responsibilities

• Occupation of our support area.
• Assignment of the age-ranks. (If linguistically possible)
• Verification of the users. (If linguistically possible)

Requirements to be a moderator

• You have reached at least level 8 on our TeamSpeak.
• You have a clean record and you did not stand out negatively within the last six months. You also have no active team restriction.
• You identify enough with FlosingEU to know who we are, what we do and what we stand for.
• You’re no longer a stranger to many of our users.
• You have sent a written application to bewerbung@flosing.de.

Moderators range of responsibilities

• Contact person for our support area.
• Support services.
• Prepared to jump in as a supporter, if no one is available Assignment of the age-ranks. (If linguistically possible)
• Verification of the users. (If linguistically possible)

Requirements to be an admin

• You have reached at least level 10 on our TeamSpeak.
• You have a clean record and you did not stand out negatively within the last six months. You also have no active team restriction.
• You identify enough with FlosingEU to know who we are, what we do and what we stand for.
• You are a inherent part of the team.
• You have sent a written application to bewerbung@flosing.de.

Admins range of responsibilities

• Guidance of the supporters and moderators.
• Prepared to jump in as a supporter, if no one is available Assignment of member ranks.
• Verification of the users. (If linguistically possible)

Requirements for ranks not mentioned here

• Currently applications for ranks not mentioned here will not be accepted.
