GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following terms stand for…<\/p>\n

\u201eManagement\u201fThe owners and persons responsible for this TeamSpeak server.\u201eTeam\u201fPersons appointed by management who are responsible for compliance with and enforcement of the rules and who provide assistance to other users in questions.\u201eUser\u201f, \u201eClient\u201f Any user of this TeamSpeak server who does not belong to the two groups mentioned above.<\/p>\n

FOREWORD<\/strong><\/p>\n

These rules apply to all users of this TeamSpeak server and cannot be avoided through ignorance.<\/p>\n

The team can determine the penalty for a violation of these rules at any time at its own discretion and is also authorized to spontaneously apply modifications or additions to these rules.
Requests from our management and our team must be complied with at all times. Accordingly, muting or blocking them is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Management reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 1 Naming<\/strong><\/p>\n

The nickname should correspond to the first name or another nickname and must always be legible and understandable.<\/p>\n

It must not contain any protected names or parts of names (especially the identification for server groups „[…]“), names of groups in TeamSpeak or nicknames of other people.
In addition, nicknames may not contain any content if they are advertising, insulting, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, seditious, hurtful or otherwise negative.<\/p>\n

Emotes and special characters are allowed to a certain extent.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2 Content<\/strong><\/p>\n

Content of any kind is prohibited if it is illegal, promotional, insulting, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, seditious, hurtful or otherwise negative.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 3 Avatar<\/strong><\/p>\n

The avatar must not contain any content that is illegal, advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, inflammatory or offensive.<\/p>\n

Without the express consent of a person, you may not use them or their content on the avatar.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 4 Behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pretending to be someone other than yourself is prohibited.
Intentional interference and any kind of attack against a person are prohibited.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 5 Spamming<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spamming, i.e. repeating the same activity, is prohibited. This includes, among other things, the frequent reconnection in channel and the repeated writing of an identical or unsavory thing.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 6 Recording\/Streaming<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recording\/Streaming the server is prohibited.<\/p>\n

If every person in a private channel and its owner have agreed in writing to the recording\/streaming, it is allowed to record their voices. The recording\/streaming person is responsible for ensuring that no one is recorded\/streamed without their written consent.<\/p>\n

It must be marked in the nickname that you are recording\/streaming.
If another person enters this channel, the recording\/streaming must be stopped immediately.
If a team member forbids such a recording\/streaming, this must be followed immediately.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 7 Exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bypassing is prohibited and will be punished accordingly.<\/p>\n

Inappropriate kicks and bans can be reported by email: info@flosing.eu<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 8 Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Begging for rights such as server groups and others is prohibited.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 9 Advertising<\/strong><\/p>\n

Advertising is only permitted in clear agreement with the management.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 10 Attacks against servers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any attack against our servers is punishable and may be prosecuted.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 11 Data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

Private data such as telephone numbers, addresses, passwords and the like may not be exchanged publicly. The passing on of data to or from third parties is prohibited.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 12 Use of plugins and additional software<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

The use of any plug-in is only permitted in consultation with an owner.
Additional software that have an influence on other clients and the server (e.g. voice changer, soundboards and all services not available in the TeamSpeak 3\/5 client) are also only permitted in consultation with an owner.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 13 Bots (incl. music bots)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bots may only be connected to the server after consultation with an owner.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 14 Uploading files<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uploading illegal, advertising, offensive, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, racial or offensive content is prohibited.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users and the possible consequences!<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 15 Obligation to notify<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a rule violation is detected by a user, this must be reported immediately to a team leader.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 16 Level farming<\/strong><\/p>\n

Faking activity to get to a higher level faster is prohibited. (This includes not muting yourself when you are alone in a channel and your activity constantly jumps back to zero.)<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 17 Supportabuse<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exploitation of the support area, i.e. entering the waiting room without a reasonable reason, is prohibited.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 18 Bugs<\/strong><\/p>\n

The exploitation of bugs (a program error or an error in the settings of our servers), as well as the distribution of these is prohibited.<\/p>\n

If a user finds a bug, it must be reported immediately in the support.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 19 Channel name<\/strong><\/p>\n

The channel name should correspond to the purpose of this or the nickname of the channel owner and must always be legible.<\/p>\n

It may not contain any protected names or parts of names, as well as names of groups or channels at our TeamSpeak.
In addition, channel names may not contain content that is advertising, insulting, racist, violent, pornographic, extremist, sexist, seditious, hurtful or otherwise negative.<\/p>\n

Emotes may not be used. Special characters are allowed to a certain extent.<\/p>\n

The use of strings like [spacer], [cspacer], [rspacer], [lspacer] is not allowed.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00a7 20 Age labeling requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n
